Cookie and device-storage notice
Funeral OS currently uses cookies and similar local storage for security, sign-in, preferences and user-requested drafts. It does not currently use advertising or audience-measurement cookies.
What these technologies are
Cookies are small values a website stores through the browser. Local and session storage are similar technologies held on the device. Under UK rules, users must be told what they do; non-essential uses require consent before they start.

Consent and choices
Security, sign-in and storage requested to provide a trial, draft or preference are used only for those purposes. There is currently no advertising or analytics category to accept. If a non-essential category is introduced, it must remain off until the user makes an informed, positive choice, with rejection as easy as acceptance.
You can clear cookies and site data in browser settings. Doing so can sign you out and delete unsaved local trials or drafts. The guest workspace and demo also provide their own reset controls.
Third-party services
Authorised users may choose to open mapping links or load mapping functionality. Those providers may process device and usage information under their own notices. Email-delivery providers process addresses and delivery metadata when a user requests verification or service email. Funeral OS does not currently embed third-party advertising trackers.
Changes
This register must be reviewed before adding analytics, chat widgets, embedded video, payment tools, social media, new maps or other third-party scripts. The notice and consent control must be updated before any non-essential storage is activated.
